Binding Agreement. This Agreement is binding upon you and alters your rights and obligations
with respect to your relationship with Madison. Your ability to
use Madison's services is contingent on you complying with this agreement.
Madison Account. In order to receive the Services, you must create
an account with Madison (an "Account"). By creating an Account, you
consent to receive e-mail messages about your Account and the Services. You agree that you are
responsible for the use of the Services under your Account and acknowledge that you are responsible
for keeping your Account and log-in information confidential. You agree to notify
Madison immediately if someone other than you accesses your Account.
Madison will not be liable to you for any unauthorized use of your Account
that takes place before you have notified Madison of such unauthorized use
and Madison has had 1 (one) full business day to respond
thereto. Madison reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time
that Madison reasonably suspects unauthorized use of your Account, whether
you have notified Madison of such unauthorized, or
suspected unauthorized, use or not. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an
Account.
Prohibited Uses. You may not use the Services or your Account to (a) transmit any virus,
malware, trojan horse, or other detrimental or destructive software, (b) reverse engineer or attempt
to reverse engineer the Services or any software or other property of Madison incident thereto, (c) license your Account or the Services to any other person or otherwise make
them available to any other person, and (d) access, and/or distribute, Personal Information (as
defined below) of any other person.
